    Ryan began his real estate career as a principal investor, overseeing ~500 mobile home units in the Southwest. He later joined Progress Residential as VP of Acquisitions, where he spearheaded the development of proprietary underwriting tools and teams to drive the strategic allocation of institutional capital, acquiring over 40,000 single-family homes. Progress Residential is the nation’s largest private owner-operator of single-family rental homes, managing ~98,000 properties.
