Share details about your property and we’ll deliver you a free, no-obligation preliminary offer to exchange your property for shares in Flock. If Flock is the right fit, we’ll work with you and any residents to coordinate a discreet visit to the property to confirm valuation and make final adjustments to your offer price.
We’ll guide you through every step of the process. In less than 2 weeks, we transfer title and pay off any outstanding mortgage.
